  • Season your ribs with your favorite seasoning
  • Smoke at 160 degrees for 4 hours
  • Wrap in foil, rib meat side down. Add brown sugar and honey base to marinade
  • Increase temp to 225 degrees and cook for another 2 hours
  • TIP - for more tender ribs add beer or apple juice
  • Take off foil and cook for an additional 45 minutes to lighten things up.  Add sauce for glaze
  • Cut and enjoy
