BALSAMIC-SEASONED STEAK
Prep time and cook time: 25 min.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons steak sauce
1 boneless beef sirloin steak, weighing one pound
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
2 ounces reduced-fat Swiss cheese, cut into thin strips
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) In a small bowl, combine vinegar and steak sauce; set aside. Rub steak with pepper. Place on a broiler pan and broil for 7 minutes.
2.) Turn; spoon half of the steak sauce mixture over steak. Broil another 5-7 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness.
