ROBERT'S RIBS
- Season your ribs with your favorite seasoning
- Smoke at 160 degrees for 4 hours
- Wrap in foil, rib meat side down. Add brown sugar and honey base to marinade
- Increase temp to 225 degrees and cook for another 2 hours
- TIP - for more tender ribs add beer or apple juice
- Take off foil and cook for an additional 45 minutes to lighten things up. Add sauce for glaze
- Cut and enjoy
